The only book you need for this protocol, manualised- so it explains every step of the way. CPT offers an explanatory model which is user friendly for both patients and therapists alike. Handouts are great and the web link to a PDF version is a bonus.

This isn't formatted for Kindle, so there's no speakable content recognized on the screen. Please change the formatting. A thorough guide though very repetitive and wordy. I would have preferred a condensed version with fewer confusing references to a multitude of handouts.
